Centuries Old Italian townhouse

The first floor is an open concept kitchen dining and living space with a small wood buring fireplae and juliet balcony.  The old ceiling beams, original stone wall and terracota tiles preserve the rustic charm.  A dated kitchen with a single shelf for storage was replaced with a country corner kitchen that houses a small fridge, stove and washing machine.  The Italian linen settee, antique Louis XVI chair with its oringinal upholstery works beautifully with the square Persian rug.
